Today marked the last day of me bending over to pick up anything off of the floor. If I can hold onto something and lower myself down to reach the item, I'm still good. Today I was able to raise my massage table by standing up and levering one side up at a time while adjusting the height. I'm pretty proud of that.
Today also marked the last day of the at-home bikini wax. As I had to lift my belly out of the way to see where the wax was needed. It was more difficult than I expected, but I'm glad that it is done.
